I started working at Lehigh Valley Plastics in 1992, and I liked it because it started out as a small family owned business. Over the years the company has grown and expanded a lot, yet we still have that family feeling. (I previously worked for larger companies and we had ID numbers… and I did feel like a number). Everyone is constantly moving and wearing different hats during the day. My job is hands on and I’m involved in the to day operations. The company takes interest in what the employees think and feel and they react to it. That’s why I like working here.
Dan Rothenheber – Warehouse Manager

I enjoy what I do – everything that is part of my job I enjoy doing. I like the people I work with, we work well as a team when needed. There are also a lot of company activities, not everything is work – we have a lot of fun too.
Rosa Velasquez – Fabrication Technician

I began my career with Lehigh Valley Plastics 20 years ago as a Table Saw Operator. Taking advantage of the encouragement and support LVP extends to employees, I have been given many opportunities for advancement. I have held various positions, and today I am proud to be Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

While LVP promotes the growth and development of its people, the company also constantly strives to improve its manufacturing processes and distribution methods. This has earned respect throughout our industry and established us as a business for long-term success.
David Keim -Vice President of Sales & Marketing
