Celazole®

Celazole PBI (polybenzimidazole) is a unique and highly stable linear hetrocyclic polymer. PBI is characterized by high strength, it exhibits excellent thermal stability, is stable after exposure to high pressure steam or water, is broadly resistant to hydrocarbons, alcohols, weak acids, weak bases and many other organic chemicals. It is highly suited for use in fluorinated plasmas. PBI polymer can withstand temperatures as high as 430C, and, in short bursts even up to 760C.
