CIP Composites™

CIP152 is manufactured with polyester textile and a high grade, marine polyester resin. Solid lubrication additives PTFE and molybdenum disulfide (MoS 2) are evenly dispersed throughout the resin. Enhancement A and B are optional additives that increase overall strength, reduce friction and wear. Enhancement B is used when stick-slip or noise may be anticipated. CIP152 is a self lubricated, 100% bearing material with lubrication dispersed completely through the material. The imbedded lubrication creates a bearing with low coefficients of friction and wear rates.
